I happened across this place online looking for a coffee shop that had a room I could rent for a small team meeting. Having never been to Nashville I had no idea what I could find. I called on a Saturday, asking to book a room on the following Monday. I was surprised to find the owner, Heather, answered the phone. She had a room available and very helpful in my reserving it. When my team arrived Monday AM we were all pleasantly surprised. This is a really cool little place. The room we reserved, I think it was called "Grow", was a quaint meeting room. It wasn't your typical office or coffee shop vibe. It had an HDTV in the room which I was able to connect my laptop and use for a company webinar. It definitely beat all of us trying to crowd around a laptop. The coffee and food were good. The food was a little different and trendy but along the lines of healthy. We really enjoyed the venue, the food, and the hospitality of Heather and her team.

Cool space, comfortable seating and interesting art. Good coffee. Reasonably priced. Great tea selection. I'm interested to try the food out. Definitely coming back more often.

Individual rooms to host a table read all the way to renting out for a nice party.

Great casual cowork joint. Killer java and tea. Careful with the shots of lemon and ginger...culinary wake up call.

One of my go to meeting spots. I love that they serve a nice variety of high garden teas. Their snacks are in point, and I love the atmaballs in the case! Always nice people serving at the counter too.

Great ambiance. Great spot to sit and read or buy something unique but coffee wasn’t spectacular.

The Goat chees Grilled cheese is amazing! I love this cafe it is so cozy to hang out in the pillow room. I rented out a room for a private meeting with a potential client and it was the perfect setting.

My friend Steve was in town visiting for a swing dance gathering! Met here in the A.M. for my 1st visit! It's an organic multi-room local hangout/5 Parking Spaces and 1 handicap spot in front. Extra parking in the back. I had the Acai bowl and Booch Kombucha Tea on my 2nd visit! Come as you are or make reservations.Reservations- Think rooms/biz meeting rooms/songwriter rooms/party rooms and/or homey gathering rooms available for reservation/rent. Each time I've been here everything tastes and feels so organic/healthy! 5* for a friendly staff and a completely original idea here in Nashville!

Beautiful working spaces and a very chill environment in a great location! Not a ton of urgency when it comes to the drink/food prep but nice friendly staff.

The atmosphere at Atmalogy is what really makes this place special. Definitely one of the coziest coffee shops in all of Nashville with its different rooms and themes. The employees are super nice. The coffee is decent. Their tea selection is pretty big, and it being locally from High Garden is definitely a plus.I wish I could comment on the food because it sounds delicious on the menu, but I haven't tried it yet.This is my go-to spot from now on.

I really love this place and wish there was one on the Eastside. Parking is a challenge but there are spaces in the rear, just make sure you use the stairs on the left - it's half the climb. I had the iced Golden Milk and a tasty gluten free dessert. Talk about a relaxed atmosphere on one of the busiest streets. Amazing!

I found this place on accident while looking for a parking space. Great food & beverage selection. Items in the back sold by local artists & artisans. Wonderful, unusual space. Different rooms are available for rent.Employees were very nice, offered suggestions.

Very unique coffee shop. You can't help but relax here. Great way to start your day, or get some down time.

A cozy place to have some coffee and get work done! Their tuna melts are really good (get the cucumber and tomato salad as a side!). The place is really well designed and have a spot in the corner of the café where you can sprawl on blankets and pillows and laze around. It's my favorite café to be in. The food's a bit expensive though-- that's probably the only downside.

I had the pleasure of booking and hosting an event at Atmology. I’m from Southern California on a nation wide tour and this was the 5th stop and the best one yet. Heather was amazing to work with along with her whole team, they were extremely accommodating with all of our needs... plus their food, coffee, and other drinks are out of this world! I recommend this venue to anyone in need of a welcoming space to get your message across. Carrot spread is DAAAAAAAAAAANK.

It's unique coffee place.

My boyfriend and I are always looking for new places to try out and I found Atmology while looking for one. It has social media worthy snacks and decor. The rooms are aesthetically pleasing and cozy as well. We chose to sit in the pillow room. The rooms can also be rented for events or meetings. My only dislike was the parking. There are only a few spots in front, so we had to park behind the building which was a little difficult. I still believe it was worth it for such a cute place.

Awesome cafe! I loved the themed rooms and inviting atmosphere. The employees were friendly and well-versed on the menu offering. The Cranberry Cacao Balls and Ginger Lemon Shots were delicious! Everyone should definitely check it out!

Had a great meeting here. The food/drink selection was great. Renting a space was quick and easy. Day-of renting rates were very reasonable, don't know if I would have booked it for the online rates.

I always enjoy going to Atmalogy! It's conveniently located right by Vanderbilt's campus, has great coffee and tea selections, and offers some tasty food (i.e., sandwiches) as well. It also serves as a nice place to get some work done on a weekend afternoon.

Unique venue with great music selections! I love the fact that they play jazz music in the background with the perfect volume; you can still hear the music without it being interruptive. You can rent out select rooms within the cafe for private events. Rate seems very reasonable with great accommodation. Coffee selections and prices are adequate. I have come to this place to get a good cup of coffee on a Sunday morning/afternoon and get ready for the week. +the place has 2-ply toilet paper in their restrooms, which indicates their devotion to the betterment of humanity. Will be back next week, 13/10.

I love this place! They've got interesting and fun things going on there all the time. The service is great, and the vibe is too. Way more cozy than a chain coffee place. A lot of local foods, drinks, art, jewelry...

Adorable little coffee shop with great drinks and an awesome atmosphere. I study here from time to time and would highly recommend it to anyone wanting a quick break in a relaxing atmosphere (picture Starbucks, but with better lighting and furniture... and without all the stressed out white people white peopling).

LOVE THIS PLACE! Fun food with plenty of gluten free treat options - a rare thing! The mocha coffee choices keep my creativity fueled each time I get a chance to partake of this wonderful atmosphere, filled with young Vanderbilt college students and their youthful energy, excellent and plentiful workspace for computers and notebooks with food for more substantial breaks as the day progresses through lunch or early dinner meal times. (Side note: the rent-able work space for groups is excellent, should the need arise for you and some friends to need that sort of thing. They cater, as well, given enough warning and should the need arise. Various writing groups here have set some space aside from time to time, and it has proven a great locale for these occasions.)

A delightful respite from the Nashville hustle and bustle. Not to mention escape from the summer heat. Efficient and helpful staff. Quiet and comfortable rooms. By one's self, meeting others or in a group a perfect meeting spot, in an excellent location. Coffee, espresso better than average, especially for the US. I recommend this place, without reservation. Tourist, local, Vanderbilt student or business traveller. Great place.

Great little sanctuary tucked away on West End. Fantastic sandwiches, I had the Turkey/hummus. Special dietary request was no problem. Friendly staff and easy going atmosphere. Recommend for good food and relaxing place to unwind or get a little work done.

A good place to get coffee for an out-of-towner. I ordered the Dreamy Avocado Toast and a cold brew. The coffee is excellent. The food was very unique in flavor and not basic in any way (to be honest they could use some descriptions of what is on/in the food at the register). 4 stars because it’s not a quick order/quick bite by any means like it says on google.Disclaimer: the avocado toast is topped with a salty cheese and drenched in a very sweet, sticky syrup.

Great coffee + local art. Love Herb Hapa essential oil candles they have there.
